For Mint’s announceMINT stunt, Ryan Reynolds skipped the splashy Super Bowl TV buy and ran a full-page newspaper ad instead, a wonderfully petty, wonderfully Mint move. I produced the award-show reel for the campaign. To match the newspaper stunt, I built the reel around snappy typewriter-style music and designed every beat to feel like copy being hammered onto newsprint. Headlines pop, sections “print” into place.

The campaign picked up a Gold Reggie Award in the Challenger Brand category, and my reel helped bring the whole thing to life in a way that was smart, fast, and very Mint. Another chance for me to lean into visual humor instead of tutorials, which is always a treat.
