Ugly Oceans gave me a folder full of videos of his kids hanging out in the yard — no script, no plan, just complete creative chaos. I rotoscoped every frame, then pieced together a story inspired by his personal collage artwork, basically turning home-movie scraps into an indie music-video fever dream. It’s equal parts heartfelt and handmade, and one of those projects where “figure it out” was the whole brief.
