For nearly a decade, I art directed Mint Mobile’s tutorial video library, guiding customers through activation, plan management and plenty of “wait, where do I tap next” moments. I led and supported a team of animators while also animating several tutorials myself, directing voice actors and guiding the visual system and motion style across the full series in close collaboration with Mint’s creative and brand teams. This work is more than instructional content. It represents a long arc of visual evolution, a consistent motion language and a commitment to making technical steps feel simple, friendly and human.
The tutorials have also reached large audiences on YouTube and Mint’s help center — helping people activate their phones without panicking (a service to humanity). Want to see the latest Mint tutorials?
