Every July 1st, the internet celebrates Bobby Bonilla Day — a weirdly magical holiday where the Mets pay a guy who hasn’t played since flip phones. Mint Mobile decided to join the fun by offering a 25-year wireless plan for $100 a year... And I got the opportunity to art direct and animate the award-show reel!

To lean into the campaign’s absurdity, I presented the full showcase reel on a comically long “contract,” complete with Mint Mobile’s signature at the bottom. It’s a playful nod to Bobby Bonilla Day, turning our joke into a storytelling device and a chance to show off timing, animation and visual humor.

The campaign itself blew up: millions of views, tons of press, and a Shorty Awards finalist nod for Integrated Campaign.
