Mint Mobile "Mooper"

For this 15-second Mint Mobile spot, we mashed up two big influences of the time: the viral autotuned news clips dominating YouTube, and the short spots a.k.a “foopers” our CMO used to produce at Taco Bell. Our version gave Mint the same treatment: the fox delivers the value prop (easy, online, and just $15/mo) while the whole thing plays like a tiny music video. One of the animators actually recorded and mixed the song, and I handled the direction, edit, and animation to pull it into a flashy, rhythmic, earworm of a spot. It was fast, weird and above all, fun.
